Guests with boats 25 ft. or less can also dock their boat right at the full-service marina. Please call to reserve dock space. The charming Old Town shopping district of Manteo is a short stroll away. Spend the day antiquing or have lunch or dinner in one of the fine restaurants of Manteo. History and adventure await at Outer Banks Parks and Lighthouses- Roanoke Island Festival Park. If you are looking for a little R and R, kick back and enjoy the wonderful amenities this resort community provides. Of course, breezes off the Roanoke sound, spectacular water views and breath-taking sunrises and sunsets are all included in the package. Trash should be deposited in the dumpster. If not, we may charge you USD 50.00. Check-in is after 4pm. However, we reserve the right to extend check-in to 6pm to allow extra time for cleaning/maintenance. Check-out is 10am.
