Make a slight right to stay on Airport Blvd. Merge right onto I-40 west toward Durham/ Chapel Hill. Take exit 217 for High Point Rd. toward the Convention Center Mall. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for High Point Road, Coliseum Area. Make a right at High Point Road/ US-29 Alt. North. Take the 1st right onto West Meadowview Rd.
