The Lodge
Our Lodge is rustic, elegant and set in the picturesque mountain lakeside environment
of Hiawassee, Georgia. We are located roughly two hours from Atlanta, GA, Asheville,
NC, Chattanooga, TN and Greenville, SC right on the shores of Lake Chatuge in
the North Georgia Mountains. The Ridges Resort and Club is the perfect setting

The Ridges Resort and Club Golf Course
No vacation would be complete without experiencing a stimulating game
of golf surrounded by the majestic backdrop of the North Carolina mountains.
Our 18-hole par 70 championship course designed by William Byrd in
1992, offers a wide variety of challenges. This 6,561 yard course is
located at our new Country Club in Hayesville, and is geared to golfers

Dining at the Ridges
Cuisines and Settings for all Occasions
Managing Director and Executive Chef James Reaux has gained an enviable reputation
around the world for his unique technique of blending flavors and is regarded
as one of the nation's most highly acclaimed chefs, receiving numerous accolades
during his 24-year career. Chef Reaux and his talented culinary team have
created unique concepts in fine and casual dining, His staff includes a Chef
de Cuisine and Executive Pastry Chef.
The Ridges Resort & Club's Grand Lodge-Style Clubhouse features
the Sequoyah and Cherokee Grill restaurants. The beautiful Sequoyah,
with its breathtaking mountain views, presents upscale American cuisine
with regional Southern accents. Specialties include fresh fish, prime
meats, the finest quality produce, hand made desserts and an extensive
wine list. The Falcon Room, adjacent to the Sequoyah, is ideal for
meetings, celebrations and private parties.
The Lounge is a wonderfully welcoming place for pre and post dinner
gatherings. The casual atmosphere is complimented by a classic stacked
stone fireplace.
The Cherokee Grill, adjacent to the Pro Shop, offers casual dining
in a Club atmosphere. Dining outside on the fireside terrace offers
spectacular views of the golf course and Nantahala National Forest.
The Grill is a great place to gather before or after a round of golf.
Directions:
From Murphy, take US 64 East toward Hayesville.
After about 9 miles, turn left at the green forest service sign (and
Citgo service station) onto NC 1302. After about 4 miles, make another
left (also marked) onto NC 1344. It's about 1 mile to Hunters Camp,
and another .7 mile to the Leatherwood Falls parking area. About 5
miles farther on is Bristol Horse Camp.

for horses.
